Amici 40.jpg

Amici’s means ‘friends’ in Italian, and this word captures the spirit that owners Chris and Louise Lischewski and Eric Nielsen strive to embody in their restaurant.  Originally opened as Dolce at the Highlands in February of 2016, the restaurant realized an unexpected tragedy when founder Dr. Anthony Smith passed away suddenly near the end of 2017. Tony was a close friend of both the Lischewski’s and Nielsen’s and they could think of no better way to honor him than to continue the restaurant under the new name Amici’s.

Inspired by the owners’ experiences dining in Italy, they wanted to create an open and friendly place that would be perfect not only for a special date night, but also for a relaxed meal with friends and family. At Amici’s, everyone can come together to have a delicious Italian meal in a warm atmosphere with outstanding service.  The primary goal is for guests to leave the restaurant happier than when they came in.
